These terms apply to your use of US Food Distributors (https://www.us-food-distributors.com), published by VoiceOrder Solutions. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.

US Food Distributors is a directory that helps foodservice operators find and compare food distributors. The content is general information only. It is not professional, legal, financial or purchasing advice, and it is not a substitute for your own evaluation of a supplier against your own needs.

We research each listing from the company’s own published material and prefer to leave a detail out rather than invent one, as set out in how we research. Even so, addresses, phone numbers, product ranges, delivery areas and terms change often, and listings carry the date they were verified. Always confirm current details with the supplier directly before you rely on them. We do not guarantee the information is complete, current or error free.

Delivery minimums, cut-off times and pricing are set per account and are almost never published. Nothing on this site should be read as a quote or an offer from any supplier.

No distributor pays to be listed, to rank, or to be described in a particular way, and we carry no affiliate links to any of them. Inclusion is not an endorsement, and exclusion is not a criticism: it usually means we could not verify the company from its own sources.

The site is published by VoiceOrder Solutions, which sells order-entry software to food distributors. Our relationship with VoiceOrder Solutions is disclosed in the footer of every page, on our about page, and here. That relationship funds the research and does not influence listings.

If you run a listed business and want a correction or removal, email hello@usfooddistributors.com. There is no charge for either.

Some pages quote publicly posted comments from Reddit, verbatim and with a link to the original. Those opinions belong to the people who wrote them, not to us, and we do not endorse them or present them as findings about any company. They are never aggregated into a rating.

When you follow a link to a distributor or other third party you leave our site. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, products, pricing or practices. Their terms and policies apply to your use of their services.

The research, writing, design and layout of US Food Distributors belong to us. You may link to our pages and quote short excerpts with attribution, but you may not scrape, copy or republish substantial parts of the site without written permission. Company names, logos and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used for identification only.
