Nothing you have to give us. There is no account, no newsletter signup, no contact form and no comment box on this site, so we hold no name, email address or phone number for any visitor.

Our host, Vercel, processes standard server request data such as IP address and user agent in order to serve the site and protect it from abuse. That is a normal part of running a website and happens before any consent choice, because without it the page cannot be delivered to you.

At the time of writing, this site sets no analytics or advertising cookies at all. No analytics property is configured, so the tracking scripts do not load. We would rather say that plainly than run a banner implying more data collection than actually happens.

The consent banner is live because that is expected to change. If we enable analytics, it will run in Google Consent Mode with every storage type denied by default, and nothing will be stored until you press Accept. Your choice is kept in your own browser’s local storage under usfd-cookie-consent and is never sent to us. Declining is a real choice, not a delay: the directory works identically either way.

To change your mind, clear this site’s data in your browser and the banner will appear again.

When you click a distributor link you leave this site and that company’s own privacy policy applies. We do not pass them anything about you, and we earn nothing from those clicks.

Links to VoiceOrder Solutions, who publish this site, carry UTM parameters so they can see that the visit came from this directory. That tells them a referral happened; it does not identify you. Our relationship with them is disclosed in the footer of every page.

Supplier logos are requested from Google’s public favicon service, which means your browser makes a request to Google when a listing loads. Where no logo is available we serve our own icon from this site instead. Quotes from Reddit are rendered as plain text here; nothing is embedded from Reddit, and no request is made to Reddit unless you click through to the original comment.

Because we hold no personal data about visitors, there is usually nothing for us to access, correct or delete. If you believe we hold something about you, or you have a question under the GDPR, UK GDPR or CCPA, email hello@usfooddistributors.com and we will respond.

Business listings are a separate matter. They contain company contact details published by those companies themselves, not personal data about consumers, and any listed business can have its entry corrected or removed on request at no charge. See our terms of use.

This is a business-to-business resource and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

If we enable analytics or add anything that collects data, we will update this page and change the date at the top before it goes live, not afterwards.
