US Food Distributors (https://www.us-food-distributors.com) is published by VoiceOrder Solutions. For any privacy question or request, email support@us-food-distributors.com.

Browsing the directory, nothing you have to give us. There is no account, no newsletter signup and no comment box on this site.

The one exception is the listing form at /submit. If you use it, we keep what you send: your name, your email address, your relationship to the company, and the company details you enter. It is stored in our content database, hosted by Neon, and emailed to our team through Resend, which also sends you a copy of your request. We use it to verify and act on your request and to reply to you. It is not added to any mailing list. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

Our host, Vercel, processes standard server request data such as IP address and user agent in order to serve the site and protect it from abuse. That is a normal part of running a website and happens before any consent choice, because without it the page cannot be delivered to you.

This site uses Google Analytics 4, and it stores nothing until you press Accept. The measurement script loads on every page, but it runs in Google Consent Mode with every storage type denied by default, so no analytics or advertising cookie is written while that default stands. We would rather describe that precisely than claim either more or less data collection than actually happens.

Pressing Accept upgrades analytics storage only. Advertising storage, ad user data and ad personalisation stay denied whatever you choose, because we do not advertise. Your choice is kept in your own browser’s local storage under usfd-cookie-consent and is never sent to us. Declining is a real choice, not a delay: the directory works identically either way, and if you decline, Google receives no cookie-based identifier for you.

To change your mind, clear this site’s data in your browser and the banner will appear again.

When you click a distributor link you leave this site and that company’s own privacy policy applies. We do not pass them anything about you, and we earn nothing from those clicks.

Links to VoiceOrder Solutions, who publish this site, carry UTM parameters so they can see that the visit came from this directory. That tells them a referral happened; it does not identify you. Our relationship with them is disclosed in the footer of every page.

Supplier logos are requested from Google’s public favicon service, which means your browser makes a request to Google when a listing loads. Where no logo is available we serve our own icon from this site instead. Quotes from Reddit are rendered as plain text here; nothing is embedded from Reddit, and no request is made to Reddit unless you click through to the original comment.

Unless you have sent us a listing request, we hold no personal data about you, so there is usually nothing for us to access, correct or delete. If you have sent one, we can show you, correct or delete what you sent. For that, or any question under the GDPR, UK GDPR or CCPA, email support@us-food-distributors.com and we will respond.

Business listings are a separate matter. They contain company contact details published by those companies themselves, not personal data about consumers, and any listed business can have its entry corrected or removed on request at no charge. See our terms of use.

This is a business-to-business resource and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

Google Analytics was switched on for this site on 9 September 2026, and this page was updated in the same change rather than afterwards. The listing form began storing and emailing requests on 14 September 2026, and this page was updated in that change too. If we add anything else that collects data, we will do the same again and change the date at the top before it goes live.
