Four generations on it runs a broadline catalogue out of Elkridge and describes itself as the largest locally based, independently owned broadline foodservice distributor in Maryland. It is unusual in publishing named supplier pages for the local houses it buys from, and its seafood page names nine, including Congressional Seafood in Jessup, which is listed on this site in its own right. Its bakery supplier page files H&S Bakery of Baltimore under its own Bakery category, so the metro's largest independent broadline names the metro's largest baker as a supplier. Its produce division trades as 1932 Specialty Produce & Meat and says it sources directly from daily inbound deliveries at the Jessup produce market. Its coffee comes from Shore Bird Roasters of Jessup, which Saval describes as a local coffee companion and stocks in foodservice pack sizes, and which has no website of its own.
