Beverage distributors in Orlando

Ask an Orlando wholesaler where it delivers and it will tell you Central Florida. Twelve of the twenty-six below use that exact phrase, and two of them independently put the same number on it: fifteen counties. That region has no government, no boundary you can look up and no relationship to the four counties of the Orlando metro, and it is the unit this entire trade is organized around.

  • 26 distributors, each verified against the company's own site or the state trade association's published map in September 2026.
  • Two tiers with different rules: seven licensed suppliers where the state assigns territory, and nineteen where nobody does.
  • No paid placements and no rankings. Filter by what they carry, who they sell to and how you can buy.

The region this trade delivers to does not legally exist

Central Florida is not a county, a metro or an administrative anything. It is a phrase, and it is the phrase twelve of these twenty-six suppliers use when asked where they go. Exactly one names actual counties, one gives a mileage radius, and one names the city.

Two unrelated companies put the same number on it. Florida Distributing Company says it sells across fifteen counties in Central Florida. Coca-Cola Beverages Florida says its Orlando distribution center serves approximately fifteen counties, and lists the corners as Ocala, Daytona, Brevard and Fort Pierce. Neither of those is a legal territory. They are two companies independently describing the same economic region at the same scale.

For a buyer that is genuinely useful. It means a supplier ninety minutes away is probably still inside its own idea of local, which is not true in most of the cities this directory covers. It also means the published delivery area tells you less than usual, so the question worth asking is not whether they cover Central Florida but which day they reach your street.

A blank cell means the company does not list that line on its own site, not that it cannot get it. Most of these houses will source outside their published range for an account they want. Columns showing only one supplier are hidden to keep the grid readable.

Three companies hold the beer for this whole metro

The Florida Beer Wholesalers Association publishes a map of its members: twenty wholesalers at twenty-seven addresses across the state. Four of those addresses sit in metro Orlando, and they belong to three companies. City Beverages in Orlando, Florida Distributing Company in Orlando and Kissimmee, and Wayne Densch in Sanford.

Read that against Florida Statutes section 563.021 and it stops being a market-share observation. That statute forbids a distributor from selling or delivering a brand of malt beverage to a retailer outside its filed exclusive territory. So for a given beer brand at a given Orlando address, you do not choose a wholesaler. One is assigned to you, and the other two may not lawfully deliver it.

This is the part of the page where this site's standing advice stops working. We tell operators everywhere to keep a second supplier on at least one line, because a second quote is the only reliable way to know the first is fair. On beer in this metro there is nothing to compare. On the other nineteen suppliers here, coffee and water and soft drinks and syrups, nobody assigns anything and the advice applies normally.

The count column is computed from the listings above. The rest describes how each business model typically works, not a term any individual company has published. Minimums and delivery days are always set per account, so treat this as a shortlist tool, not a quote.

Every other city on this site opens with something that closed

Chicago has the stockyards, shut in 1971. Baltimore has a fish market that closed on a dated afternoon in January 1984. Los Angeles has a bottling plant that stopped in June 2025. The interesting building in the Orlando beverage trade opened on 17 June 2026 and cost eighty-four million dollars.

Coca-Cola Beverages Florida's Orlando distribution center sits on a five-acre site at 3095 Eunice Avenue: 180,000 square feet, twenty-nine inbound and outbound docks, and about thirty-four million cases a year by the company's own account. It employs nearly a thousand people across Central Florida. For a directory that usually explains a city's supply base by what it used to be, Orlando is the one that has to be explained by what it is building.

That shapes what you should expect as a buyer. A trade adding capacity is a trade with room for your account, and the pattern in the listings agrees: eighteen of these twenty-six operate from a single Orlando-area address and nowhere else. We tested the obvious theory that this is a branch town for companies headquartered elsewhere, and the data does not support it.

Nine roasters, and their own customers call the bench thin

The unlicensed half of this page is mostly coffee, and it is young. Of the roasters whose dates we could verify, one dates to 1998, one to 2006, one to 2010, one to 2012 and one to 2016. One describes its own journey from a garage to a commercial roastery. There is no hundred-year-old roasting house here of the kind Baltimore and New York both have.

Operators in this city say so themselves, and we have left the comment on the page rather than smoothing it over: one describes slim pickings for reputable third wave roasters locally and says they order from a roaster in Tampa instead. A directory that only printed the flattering version would be less useful than one that prints both.

One caution about reading these companies' own words. Two Orlando roasters a block apart publish near-identical wholesale pages, down to the same four answers and the same paragraph about equipment. We are not suggesting anything about how that happened, and the captures would not support it if we did. It matters only because it means a sentence from either page characterizes neither company, so do not weigh it.

26 suppliers in view. Bars count suppliers carrying each product line, so they add up to more than 26: most suppliers carry several.

Where this page is thin, and why

Twenty-three of the twenty-six publish a street address and twenty publish a phone number. Three asserted absences in the research turned out to be wrong when we opened the captures rather than trusting the extraction: one company publishes a phone with spaces around the dash, one publishes an address split across two lines, and one publishes an address under a bare heading. All three are on the page because somebody looked.

Two companies were dropped after reading. One is a roaster whose own captures name no city at all, whose contact page returns an error and whose only news coverage has gone; Reddit says where it is, and Reddit is not a source for an address. The other publishes an Orlando address that turns out to belong to a different division of the same parent, which makes it a lead for a future meat page rather than a beverage row.

The licensed and unlicensed tiers are marked on every row because the difference decides what you can do. Seven suppliers name alcohol in their own copy, plus a cash-and-carry warehouse that carries wine and spirits at two of its three metro branches. The other nineteen sell things anybody may buy.

What people say about buying beverage in Orlando

24 comments quoted verbatim from public threads, researched specifically for this city rather than reused from elsewhere on the site.

r/WaltDisneyWorld39 points
Fountain drinks have some of the, if not the highest profit margins in food and beverage. I think it works out to like 25 cents a cup of soda at cost without the cup. With the cup probably closer to a dollar.

r/UniversalOrlando31 points
The thing to remember about the freestyle cup, is you have to still purchase the refill package each day. The initial purchase is $15.99 each cup if you buy two cups, which would be $31.98. That covers day one. Then days 2-4 are going to be $10.99 each cup, each day. That is $21.98 each day for two cups, which is $65.94 for three days. So if we add the two together, $31.98 for the first day and then $65.94 for the following three days the total is $97.92 for all four days. That is an average of $24.48/day which is $12.24/cup/day. *In my opinion*, that is a lot of money to spend on pop when cups of water are free and when you plan on drinking other specialty drinks (like butterbeer) that are not included. Only you can decide if soda in the parks is worth $100.

Looks like this is another resort wide price increase from what I have seen on Twitter. Bottled water has gone from $3.50 to $3.75, fountain drinks have gone from $3.99 to $4.29, and Quick Service locations have all gotten a $0.30 to $1 increase on everything (just check Columbia Harbor House as an example, and I can see the chicken tenders have increased from $9.99 to $10.49).

Apart from Magical Dining, fall is usually slow season for F&B in Orlando. It's partially for this reason that Disney originally launched Epcot's food and wine festival (to attract business during a typically slow season). But even that hasn't been pulling in the numbers it used to, perhaps due to high inflation. It's hard to justify eating out when groceries cost almost as much these days. As for these places posting job openings, that is very strange. I don't really have any idea why that would be the case.

Really depends. $15 is pretty much par for the course at the theme parks, nice hotels, or anywhere in touristy areas. Chain restaurants will be closer to $10. Local "dive" bars will be where you find $5 drinks.

$5 for a coke. Ouch. As a reminder to folks, if a place sells fountain beverages they’ll give you free ice water.

Pulled from r/orlando and the Walt Disney World and Universal Orlando subreddits, plus coffee and beer threads whose titles name Orlando or Central Florida, collected in September 2026 and quoted unedited. Its own corpus: no comment here appears on any other page of this site. Comments are unedited and link back to the original thread. They are individual experiences, not evidence about any distributor in general, and we deliberately do not aggregate them into a score.

Most Orlando beverage distributors still take orders the way they did 20 years ago

Phone calls, voicemails, emails with attachments, then hand-keying it all into a system. VoiceOrder Solutions gives food distributors a voice and web front door on the process they already run, so orders arrive digitized and reps get back to selling.

Questions

Beverage distributors in Orlando: common questions

How many beverage distributors are there in Orlando?

We verified 26, which means we read each company's own website or, for the licensed beer tier, the state trade association's published member map. That is not the number in the metro, which nobody knows. The licensed side is small and countable: the association lists three companies at four metro addresses.

Can I choose my beer distributor in Orlando?

Generally no. Florida Statutes section 563.021 gives malt beverage distributors exclusive sales territories and forbids delivering a brand to a retailer outside that territory, so for a given brand at your address there is usually one lawful supplier. The state association's map shows three companies covering metro Orlando. Wine and spirits have no equivalent statute in Florida, and neither does coffee or soft drinks.

What does Central Florida mean when a supplier says it?

It has no legal definition, which is why we print each delivery area in the company's own words rather than converting it. Twelve of the 26 use the phrase. Two unrelated companies define it as roughly fifteen counties, one of them naming Ocala, Daytona, Brevard and Fort Pierce as the edges. Only one supplier here names actual counties, and one gives a radius in miles instead.

Do Orlando suppliers deliver to Tampa or Miami?

Some describe a reach that would cover Tampa, because the fifteen-county region several of them name runs that way. Almost none describe South Florida. Our Miami listings are a separate supply base with a separate page, and the Florida state page covers how far each metro says it goes. Check the area wording on the individual listing before assuming.

Are there good coffee roasters in Orlando?

There are nine on this page and the trade is young: the verified dates run from 1998 to 2016, with no century-old roasting house of the kind Baltimore or New York has. Operators in the city are divided about the depth of the bench, and we have quoted one saying so rather than leaving it out. Judge the roasters on the cards and the links, not on our summary.

Which of these suppliers can sell alcohol?

Seven name alcohol in their own copy, and one cash-and-carry warehouse carries wine and spirits at two of its three metro branches. The other nineteen are coffee, water, soft drinks, juice, syrups and vending. Every row is marked, because on the licensed side the rules about who may sell you what are different and stricter.

How were these Orlando listings verified?

Each company was read off its own website and captured to file in September 2026, with the licensed beer tier checked against the Florida Beer Wholesalers Association member map. Where a company publishes no address or no phone, the field is empty because it published none. Two candidates were dropped after we opened their captures, one of them because the only evidence of its location was a Reddit comment.

Is this directory paid or independent?

No distributor paid to be listed and there are no affiliate links to any of them. The directory is published by VoiceOrder Solutions, an ordering software company, and that relationship is disclosed in the footer of every page and on our about page.

A note on what is missing

Two known gaps. Greco and Sons, a large Chicago Italian foodservice distributor now being acquired by Sysco, is not listed because its site blocked our capture and we would not write it up from third-party sources. Stock Yards is a US Foods brand rather than an independent distributor, so it appears under US Foods rather than as its own listing. If you run a Orlando beverage distribution business and we have missed you, that is an omission rather than a judgement.

Listings verified September 2026. Details change; always confirm terms on a call.
